PROFILE
I have been practicing law since 1990. Since 1994, my practice has focused primarily on licensing and litigating matters concerning patents, trade secrets, trademarks and unfair competition. In January 1995 I joined a start-up firm, Tobor & Goldstein, that was designed to enforce intellectual property rights through licensing and litigation. Through my efforts, along with the effort of my partners, Dale Quisenberry and Colin Errington, we had numerous successes. In 2001, the firm name was changed to Goldstein & Polasek, L.L.P. In 2002, Polasek, Quisenberry & Errington, L.L.P. was established. Our mission is to provide representation to companies and individuals on a contingent fee, mixed-fee or hourly basis. Over the years our work has been instrumental in obtaining numerous multi-million dollar fees for clients. |
